Grilled Lamb Chops Dukkah Coated

Excellent Finger food starter dish!

Ingredients

You need:

  • 8 lamb chops minced lamb
  • 1 cup Riki’s Egyptian Dukkah
  • Marinade mix:
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1tbs Riki’s Ras el Hanut
  • 1tsp salt

Method

  • Whisk all marinade mix ingredients and rub well each Lamb Chops
  • Marinade in the fridge overnight
  • Grill on a hotplate each side of lamb chops until ‘marked’ & well cooked
  • When cooked and still hot, dip each side of lamb chops into Dukkah to form a generous Dukkah coating then serve
