  • 1kg Chicken thighs (large diced)
  • 2 Onions (Diced)
  • 1 tin of crushed tomato

  • In a casserole Fry your diced onion
  • Add a tin of crushed tomato
  • Add Chicken thighs mixed with Riki’s Chicken Chermoula paste – Mix well and cook on low heat with the lid on for 40 minutes.
