- Riki’s Moroccan Chicken Chermoula spice paste
- 1kg Chicken thighs (large diced)
- 2 Onions (Diced)
- 1 tin of crushed tomato
Method
‘Easy & Fun’ Cooking 3 Steps:
- In a casserole Fry your diced onion
- Add a tin of crushed tomato
- Add Chicken thighs mixed with Riki’s Chicken Chermoula paste – Mix well and cook on low heat with the lid on for 40 minutes.
